Here are my contributions to abstract. I guess that would be in the eye of the beholder as well. The 1st I just feel is abstract because it appears to float (to me).
This next one is abstract, not so much because of the subject, due to using intentional camera movement. This was reflections of a Japanese garden in a pond.

Both photos are great. I love the “floating” seed pod. the abstract second photo is worthy of printing and hanging in a gallery. I love the colours and the movement..
